Regarding obtaining a Tourist VISA to visit China. I live in Portland Oregon. I will be in San Francisco on Tuesday February 2nd. Would I be able to obtain a VISA , paying the RUSH fee, submitting before 12 noon,on the same day. Thank you for your kind attention.
