About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Regarding obtaining a Tourist VISA to visit China. I live in Portland Oregon. I will be in San Francisco on Tuesday February 2nd. Would I be able to obtain a VISA , paying the RUSH fee, submitting before 12 noon,on the same day. Thank you for your kind attention.

The time is so pressing, if the visa official agrees you to apply for rush service, you can get obtain a visa on the same day by payin gfor extra US$ 30 besides US$ 140 visa fees.
