"Original Visa Notice Sheet from an authorized governmental apparatus /organization in China prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period" under the title "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit"

Do I still need "Invitation letter from the company/organization/institution" when I am going to attend a Conference in China and have confirmation of registration of the participation in the conference
