The temperature ranges from 5~17C during March in Lijiang. It is not the time for ski. It goes into spring and get warmer and warmer.

As a tour guide,I was asked for many times about this question.
Unfortunatly there is no ski park in Lijiang until now,and no ski park will be built in the foreseeable future.
Because even in the winter, it's still very warm, snow only be found in the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which is a sacred mountain but not for ski, also it's to steep to ski there.
Shangri-la could be a nice place for ski as it's snow a lot in Winter, but the altitude is to high (above 3200m),any little activity on the snow could make them out of breath.
As far as I know the most south ski park in China is in Emeishan, Sichuan Province, usually from late Nov to early Mar.
