You cna take Hk MTR east rail line from Hong Hom of Hk to Luohu of Shenzhen directly. It costs HKD33 for about 40 minutes. From Shenzhen to macau, you can either take a ferry from Fuyong Port or take a bus from Luohu bus station. It costs CNY196 for about 1 hour by ferry, and cost about HKD15 for about 2 hours by bus.
The best way from Macau to Hk is by ferry, and it costs about CNY140 for about 1 hour. from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, the best way is to take a bus, since there are buses from almost all of the districts of Shenzhen to Guangzhou. The ticket fare and duration is different from differet districts to Guangzhou. Generally speaking, it costs less than CNY100 for about 1 hour.
