About:Hong Kong Weather

Hi, I will be in Hongkong for training on Feb 13-19, as the forecast weather is cold, is it ok to use boots for going to the office?

It is not so cold during Feb in Hong Kong. You'd better not wear boots to the office. Anyway, it is not normal.
