Hi,

Is there any info on visa in Luo hu border?
Are they again issuing visa to Shenzhen in Luo hu -HK border?

Please reply, planning to visit Shenzhen in coming Chines new year holidays.

The immigration offcial issues visa on arrival at Luo Hu border now, but not everyone can get it. Some applicants will be denied if they have never been to China and they come from a poor country.
