About:Harbin Ice Festival

We plan to be in Harbin on Feb. 11,12,and 13 of this year (2011). Which of the following activities still remain alive at that time: Ice lanterns, Sun Island Park, Harbin Ice and Snow World, Zhaolin Park? Will the Ice Festival be over although the weather is still very cold? How long will the judging of ice sculptures go on? Once the Festival ends, will the doors be locked, or are sculptures still standing there for tourists to admire?

Mostly, they will still be there as their official period is up till middle of February. It depends on the temperature. I think they will still be there even if they are starting to melt. Just don't get too near to the ice structures if they are starting to melt.
