I was overstayed in china for 5 months and got detained for 15 days. Can I apply for a new visa to China?
I was overstayed in china for 5 months and awas catched by police,I was detained for 15 days and they gave me extension visa that requires me to leave china within 10 days.I paid almost 11000 rmb for my penalties and air ticket my tickets costs too much money because the immigration asked me to rebooked it two times.I want to go back to china asap.I want to apply for a new visa,is it possible?Can Iuse my old passport with a star or should I renew my passport?
