About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I'm planning on going to China on Friday for the New Year with my chinese fiance. I'm currently in South Korea on a 90 day tourist visa. I planned on going to Seoul on Tuesday to get my Chinese visa, but I just read that I need an ARC card to get a visa for china in Korea. I'm American.

I have been to China twice before. I read on one website that I can bypass the ARC card due to the fact that I have already been to China. Is this true? I need to find this out ASAP. I'm quite stressed because if I need an ARC card, I can not go to China this Friday. Please help!

I am not sure if they will issue you a visa since you have already visited China twice. But as I know, Chinese consulate in Busan issues visas to people without ARC. You can try there, the list of the appointed travel agencies is on Busan consulate page, you can check your own and contact any one of them to process your visa to China.
