Hi I had a contract with a school for 6 months,from dec 2010 but because the school did not really do what they have promised I decided to leave the school.I gave them one month noticed because that what the contract says. if even I want to leave earlier I should give a month notice. but the school was not happy about that and refuse to accept the letter but after I showed the the contract they thought that they have no right to stop us. but they told us that they will cancell our visa. so I found a school who said they can fix my visa even they cancell it. I arrived to the school and after 1 month of work they told me that the foreign expert bureu refused to give me a foreign expert cert. because the last employer told them they fired me because we did something wrong. But I did not. They even took me to dinner in my last day of work. is that mean I am not working ilegally in china now. since they told me they will cancell our visa on dec 8th and untill now my employer hasn't done anything about it yet? I need an expert. making me worry a lot. Thanks
