Hi, I'm going to book a connecting flight from HK to Cebu (PH). I arrive at HK at 2300 from Moscow. I can either book a flight 0135 or 0825. What is your experience - is it possible to clear immigrations after arrival (Hall B) and check-in (T1, D - Cebu Pacific) within about 90 minutes? Moreover, I read that check-in desks of Cebu Pacific are closed at midnight - Is that true?Thanks in advance for your help.
