About:China Southern Airlines

I made an online ticket reservation on January 17,2011. The transaction was called as failed but the system still credited the payment through my credit card. I already sent 2 emails regarding this problems but still no answer. What should I do?

Did you make the online booking on China Southern Airlines official website? If yes, you are suggested to contact Southern Airlines to check this payment. U may reach them by dialing their hot lines. Otherwise, you need to consult your card-issuing bank to trace this payment and find out who charged your money.
