is it diffcult to get a train ticket from beijing to shanghai?

We will arrive in beijing airport  on Jan 28, stay in beijing till Jan 31 and then go to shanghai.1 day in shanghai then go to yiwu. would it be difficult to get a train ticket to shanghai? can we visit great wall, forbidden city,etc in 3 days? its our first time..pls help cause we are not on tour.

I am afraid that it will be difficult to get a train ticket at that time since it will be the Chinese New year which is the transportation peak time in China. You'd better book each journey ticket in advance. 3 days are enough to visit those places you have mentioned.
