About:Hong Kong Transportation

We'll be arriving in hongkong on may 19-23 & will stay1 day disney hotel & transfer to sheungwan place of my cousin. i have questions sir it will be a big help if you can guide me. after checking im' planning to go to tungchung & avenue of star.
1. what to ride &what station should we go if we want to go to tungchung &ride the cable?
2. after tungchung what will we ride to go to avenue of stars?& back to disney hotel
3. what to ride from disney hotel to cheungwan?we are 5?

1. take disneyland resort line to sunny bay, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung.
2. Take Tung Chung Line to Lai King, transfer to Tusen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui to visit Avenue of star. Back to Disneyladn, take Tusen Wan Line to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny bay, change to Disneyland resort line to your hotel.
3. take disneyland resort line to sunny bay, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong, transfer again to Hong Kong MTR Island Line(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/metro-island-line.htm) to Sheung Wan.
