About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

You say we have to have designated travel agency send in our visa applications, where are these travel agencies, what are they called? Furthermore if my friend does not have a Korean alien registration card how does he gain entry to China via Korea?

Please refer to the website http://kr.china-embassy.org/chn/lsqz/ls_qz/ls_qz_13/t229558.htm to see the list of designated travel agencies (in Korean version) but you can call the telephone of the travel agency which have staff speaking English. It is impossible for yout friend to get a China visa in Korea if he doesn't have Korean alien registration card. He can go to Hong Kong to get a China visa.
