I am traveling to China for lunar new year, and have completed he visa form.However, I work during the week and am not able to go the the embassy in time to hand in my form. Is it possible for my friend to hand in the form and information for me; my friend is also traveling to China and has to hand in a form for himself. Thank you,

First, I want to say that China embassy in Seoul doesn't accept direct visa application from ordinary paspsort holders. You have to submit visa application to a travel agency designated by the embassy, your friend can hand in the application on your behalf to the travel agency.
