You can take bus E23 from  Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. Then walk about several minutes to 223 Nathan Road, you will find the hotel. You can get a daily ticket for MTR and it is cheaper than taking a single trip ticket, but I advise you to apply a Hong Kong Octopus Card(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/octopus-card.htm) which is more benefit.
