Hello, I am planning to travel from FuZhou to HongKong around 15th January 2011. I have been trying to decide between the sleeper bus/coach or the flight. I havent taken any long distance bus in China before and I wonder what to expect. Can anyone tell me about there expewrience travelling from FuZhou to Hong Kong by bus and how it would be for a single female.

There isn't direct bus from Fuzhou to Hong Kong, I'm afraid you have to take a bus or train to Guangzhou first. It takes about 12 hours. Then from Guangzhou to Hong Kong, it takes another 2.5-3 hours. in aword, it would be a long and hard travel if you choose bus.
