Hello There
My name is Penny and I work in a Travel Agency in Tasmania (Australia). I have a client who needs to obtain a single entry visa to china as he will be catching the Mongolian Express into Beijing. He cannot do this in Australia as he departs to early to do so. Can he enter your office and obtain this visa immediately (within the day).

Mrs.Penny Anning, I can only say that your client can go to China embassy in Finland to try to apply for China visa. Generally speaking, if one wants to apply for visa in a country or territory other than the country of his current nationality, he/she should have valid visa or residence permit of that country. Maybe your client's application will be denied by the embassy. He can go to the China embassy in every country which he will visit to have a try.
