About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

To whom it may concern,

I am a foreign student in China holding the F-Visum (Single Entry). I am going to Seoul next Tuesday until Friday, how can I obtain a new visum to get back to China? I don't have a Korean Alien Registration Card, does this mean I can't get a visum in Korea which means I am not allowed to go outside to Seoul?
I appreciate any help!
Thank you very much!

It is impossible for you to obtian a new visa in Seoul because you don't have Korean Alien Registration Card, once you exit China to Seoul, you can't get a visa to get back to China in South Korea. You can go to Hong Kong to apply for a new visa to return to China.
