What are the requirements for applying dependent visa to Beijing?

Hi good day! I'm a Philippine passport holder. I'm going to apply for a dependent visa. I want to know what are the requirements for applying dependent visa? My husband was working in Changchun for almost 3 years and he would like me as his dependent. He is a Filipino. What are the minimum bank account needed for applying dependent visa? do I also need to present my bank account in the Philippines? or the account of my husband in China are only needed?
