will the cold weather cause nose bleeding and dizziness? how can we prevent it, or how to cure if that happens?

Oh, it depends on you personal health. Generally, it won't cause nose bleeding and dissiness. You need to wear very warm clothing, such as skitted sweater and long down jacket. If it happen, you'd better go to see the doctor.
