will I face some problem because I get my nose fix after getting China visa?

Hi, I would like to ask if .what if I am planning to get my nose fixed. (rhinoplasty surgery) but I already got visa going to beijing and my passport shows the old pictures of me.. What documents do I need to bring? and Will it affect my my visit in beijing . Im afraid immigration personnel will hold me in the airport since they might think I am different person in the passport picture. What do I need to do .Hoping for your immediate response Pls...

If the immigration officer notices that you are a different person in the passport picture. You will face some problems. After you get the rhinoplasty surgery, you should renew your passport by providing your new photo. If there are little difference for the nose between the two photos, you can try you luck!
