Hello.  I am livng in Uganda temporarily doing volunteer work. I am a Rotarian. I have been invited on a tour to China with a group of other Rotarians to visit 7 cities in China from April 1-13.  I am an American with an American visa.  Can I get a visa for China from the China Embassy in Kampala?  If so, what are the forms I will need to bring besides my passport?  Thank you very much!
