About:Hong Kong Airport Taxi

Hi there,

a) I'll be traveling with 3 pax; arriving to HK at night, 9:30pm. Can I still take the train to Kowloon? Or would the taxi be cheaper?

b) From Tsim Sha Tsui; I would like to go to Citygates Outlet and the Giant Buddha at Lantau Island. How do I get there if it's with the MTR? Possible to go using the Airport Express route?

c) From Tsim Sha Tsui, how do I get to Sai Kung? Possible to use public transportation?

Thanks, greatly appreciate your kind help.

You can take the airport express train to Kowloon station. It costs HKD90/person. If you take taxi, the taxi fare will be more than HKD200.

From Tsim Sha Tsui to CItygates Outlet and Giant Buddha, you can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung station. Then you could easily find bus or cable car to the two places. The Airport Express can just take you to Tsing Yi.

From Tsim Sha Tsui to Sai Kung, you can take bus 9 from MIDDLE ROAD TSIM SHA TSUI to PIK HOI HOUSE, than transfer to bus 92 to SAI KUNG BUS TERMINUS.
