How much does the hourly lounge cost at Beijing Capital Airport?

i arrive terminal 2 at 2300 and have connecting flt at 0740 to hgk on hong kong ailrines can i stay at hourly lounge from 2345 until 630am and how much is it cost .2nd question s do i need trnasit visa to stay there at t2 or i do not need a transit visa??? thanks u so much for your help,does hong kong airlines operate from terminal 2?
