You need to apply for a China business visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/business.htm) from Chinese embassy or consulate in Japan, which hold the consular jurisdiction of the place where you reside. The requirements are your valid passport with enough blank pages, Certificate of alien registration in Japan, One recently taken, bareheaded, full-faced photo and an invitation letter.
