I am going to china next year to see some friends.I will fly to different places,including Beijing, my chinese is pretty fluent, but I am going on my own.I am 17, is there any law that doesn`t let me get into a hotel?

As far as I know, there is no such regulation in China but you need to provide your passport. I would suggest you to contact the hotel directly and ask them if they can do so.
