Hi,
I overstayed my F visa by 2 days. and they cancelled my current visa which had six months on it left and made me buy an exit visa. When I left China to HK i was told that I could not go back to china since my exit visa had a black star on it. my question is How do i get back to china? I was told that if I get a new passport then I could get a new visa and then get back into china. I have a girlfriend etc there.
