hi,i overstayed my f visa by 2 days.

Question

Hi,I overstayed my F visa by 2 days. and they cancelled my current visa which had six months on it left and made me buy an exit visa.  When I left China to HK i was told that I could not go back to china since my exit visa had a black star on it.   my question is How do i get back to china?  I was told that if I get a new passport then I could get a new visa and then get back into china.  I have a girlfriend etc there.  Thanks

By all odds, overstay for 2 days is not serious, you can pay the fine and get a new visa to leave China. But if you have already been recorded, then, you may have to use another passport for visa application again. Or, it is applicable to find you a powerful visa agency.Anyway, you can have a try to apply for a visa to China from Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Affairs in HK.
