I will be travelling from Shanghai to Hanzhou next week by train, .

We will be staying on the west lake and also hope to see the longjing Tea area. How easy are these places to get to and what is the best method/cost? I last visited Hangzhou quite a few years ago and remember the tea area was difficult to get back from. This time I have aged parents with me who won't want to do too much walking. Any suggestions?
