About:Chinese Embassy in Cambodia

Hello,

I was invited by SIDA for attend the regional seminar on Public Service Management in Beijing, China. I am holding official passport of the Kingdom of Cambodia. I would like to know that if I have to apply for visa before I go to Beijing, China? Thank.

Yes, you need to apply for China Business Visa to Beijing(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/beijing.htm). Cambodia Diplomatic/Service passport holders are exempt from a visa to China for 30 days, but Cambodia official passport holders need a visa to China.

I am a Cambodian government officer. I am holding service passport. My question is that I have to obtain entry visa before I go to Beijing, China. Thanks.

You don't need to obtain entry visa before you go to Beijing, China if you hold service passport.
