You can take bus from Guangzhou Bus Station or Guangzhou Dongpu Bus Station to Panyu Shiqiao, then take bus Shiqiao-Lotus Hill, you will get there. Or you can take Guangzhou Subway line 3(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/guangzhou/subway/line3.htm)  to Shiqiao and then transfer to bus Shiqiao-Lotus Hill to get there.
