Hi, i do not suggest you find a travel agency to arrange your Hongkong tour, as the price will be very very expensive. If possible, you'd better to arrange it by yourself, but you can book a hotel through an agency beforehand. The transportation in Hongkong is very convenient and English is also popular in Hongkong, you will not get lost at all. Enjoy it. :)
