About:Hong Kong Disneyland

My family and I will be going to the Philippines this December 28th and built in a stopover for the day in Hong Kong to go to Disneyland. From Hong Kong Airport, what is easier and faster, taxi or MTR. If taxi, which one to take from the airport to Disneyland; green, red, or blue? If MTR is best, what is the route?

We want to stay as late as we can. Anyone know how hard it is to get through security at the Hong Kong Airport to get back on the plane? We were thinking of leaving the park at 8pm for a 10pm flight. Enough time?

I noticed that they have a Christmas celebration going on during this time. Does this fill the park to capacity? Any chance they will refuse entry for over-capacity?

Anyone been to HK Disneyland recently that can give me an idea of the price of an average meal in the park? What about the price of a souvenier like a t-shirt?

Thank you for any replies!

Hi, the easier and faster way is to take taxi, the most expensive of course. Take blue taxi, The taxi fare is about 110HKD. If you go by MTR, you should take bus S1 from the airport to Tung Chung first, then take MTR from Tung Chung to Sunny Bay. The Disneyland resort MTR Line is available at Sunny Bay to Disneyland. I suggest you go one way by MTR, for kids will love the special mickey mouse train. I think it is better to prepare 1-1.5 hours at least before light leaving. You can also ask your airlines that how many hours in advance you can handle check-in. If you haven handle this before going disneyland, it will be much easier for you to go back later. December 28 is not publich holiday. So, I think it is fine to be there that day. I bought a key chain there, which costs about 60-70HKD. No idea about the T-shirt.
