About:China Tour Planning

Hi
i am going to china on 4 jan 2011 to 14 jan, could you please guide me what is the important event there while i am there?im coming fo economical purpose.is it holiday there while im there?
could you please tell me about the country in general?what i must notice when I'm there?

There isn't any important event or public holiday during that period of time. Generally speaking, people there are always hospitable, only some minirities may have some taboos, so you'd better find a local guide to smooth your visit.
