What is the best way from Beijing Capital Airport to Novotel Beijing Xin Qiao?

What's the best way to get from Beijing Capital airport to the Novotel Beijing Xin Qiao? We have a family of 4, TAXI, bus, subway? And what is the approximate cost?

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 3 from the airport and get off at the final stop, Beijing Railway Station. Then walk to west for about 10 minuites, you will get to the hotel. It costs CNY16/person.
