What is the best way to get from HK airport to Metropark Hotel in Causeway Bay?

Also, I will need to travel from the hotel to the HK Academy of Medicine in Aberdeen and the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin. Could you please tell me what would be the best way to travel?

Take Hong Kong Airport Bus(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/air-bus.htm) A11 to Victoria Park. The fare is about 33HKD. Or you can take Hong kong Airport Express(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/air-express.htm) to Kowloon Station where offer free bus to the hotel direct, but airport express ticket costs more: 100HKD. Hong Kong Academy of Medecind is in Wong Chuk Hang Road. Take Bus No. 40 at Causeway Bay(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/island/causeway_bay.htm) Station to Wong Chuk Hang Road. You can take Hong Kong Metro(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm) to Sha Tian to the hospital.
