About:China Eastern Airlines

Is it true that we do not need an e-ticket, we just show our passport to the counter and they will issue boarding pass?

Yes, generally, passengers only need to show their passports when checking in at the Business Service Counter. But if your booking record could not be found under your name, the e-ticket will be required then.
