How to transfer to T3 at Beijing Capital Airport from T2?

Hi, I am flying from Toronto to Philippines, layover in Beijing. I was told to get my boarding pass for my flight from Beijing to Manila in Beijing, but my baggages are all tagged to go directly to the Philippines. When I get to Beijing, I dont need to claim luggage and check it back in, right? Also, I will be arriving in T3 and connecting flight is in T2. What is the transfer procedure? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you are right, you have no need to recheck your luggage.
All of the international flights will land at 3F of T3-E. After getting off the plane, passengers are required to accept Inspection & Quarantine and then present filled-in Entry Registration Card with valid passport and visa to the Immigration Check Post for Inspection.
Every seven minutes, there is a free shuttle bus leaving from Terminal 3 for Terminal 2 and then Terminal 1, vice versa. The bus just takes 15 minutes for one-way. You can tae it at Gate 5 on the 1st Floor of T3.
