How to reach terminal for my domestic flight at Beijing Capital Airport?

I have booked from cairo. my trip cairo -beijing- shanghai same day. first ticket is via egypt air cairo- beijing,second ticket beijing-sanghai via MU 5120 waiting time is almost 3 hours,
1-please tell me how reach domestic terminal.
2- could I ask cairo office to send my bags direct to shanghai or I should receive it in beijing first
