how to reach terminal for my domestic flight at beijing capital airport?

I have booked from cairo. my trip cairo -beijing- shanghai same day. first ticket is via egypt air cairo- beijing,second ticket beijing-sanghai via MU 5120  waiting time  is almost 3 hours, 1-please tell me how reach domestic terminal.2- could I ask cairo office to send my bags direct to shanghai or I should receive it in beijing first

You flight will arrive at T3 and your domestic flight will departs at T2, thus you need to go from T3 to T2. Every seven minutes, there is a free shuttle bus leaving from Terminal 3 for Terminal 2 and then Terminal 1, vice versa. The bus just takes 15 minutes for one-way. You can take it at Gate 5 on the 1st Floor of T3. You need to claim your luggage and recheck it at Beijing airport.
