About:China Visa Fees

How can I get a new visa to enter China if I have overstayed one week in China?

Hi Guys,
Overstay one week in China without knowing, no penality from PSB also gave exit visa with star mark "requested to leave China within 10days", and left China, reached India applied visa but China embassy New Delhi refused,

so pls tell me, is it possible to get China visa since urgent company issues need to be handled.

I heard that visa notification can solve problem ? is it true? Anyone got visa after overstay ? Pls answer! Thanks in advance

Hi enid,
i know the visa notification is required as u replied. but i need firm answer, is it possible to get visa for 1 week overstay or not? because china embassy denied already. so i will try with visa notification, will it work ?? Pls advise

Anyhow, china company will continue to get alien work license for visa process that has been under process (from before overstay), in between overstayed by human err (forgot)due to work pressure in company honestly.

will "alien work license " help to get visa before 6months. (also 6 months is it any restrriction period ? If so, pls send me any china visa rule URL to read carfully )

yes I got my 1 year visa after my 2years 4 monts overstay.I got star visa and go back to India.came to Hongkong and got 1 year multiple visa without any problem.
Pls try you can get.

hey new(china), where did u apply for china visa in hongkong? can u give an address, and how much the procces will be and how long it will take? do they need also all necessary requirements like the first time u get a china visa in your own country? i need ur repz pls. thanks

if you want to visit China for business purpose, you are required to apply for an F visa. To apply for an F visa, the visa notification form from China is required.

Here nobody can give your a firm answer, it is totally up to the decision of visa officer, the visa notification form issued by an authorized Chinese government office can enhance the chance to get a business visa to China, however, it can't ensure the sucess of getting a China visa. Generally speaking, you need to wait for 6 months to apply for China visa because you overstay in China.

hi new(china), im here in china now almost 1 yr of overstaying my visa. I thought before it will be ok to overstay my visa and renew every year coz i think it will save time and money but i was wrong. Now im very worried dont, know what shall i do, it's really make me sick i can't sleep at night at the time i was discover it. I really need to renew or apply for another visa coz i am pregnant and will deliver my baby soon. My boyfriend was a chinese we plan to get married after my baby birth, but we can't coz of my invalid visa. what shall we do? pls. help us... and if i surrendered my passport to psb do they need me go to jail before they deport me? for how long? & how much the penalty will be? & it's really true that i cant re-entry in china 5 years after being deport?

hi nez, you have to go to a near by p.s.b as soon as possible.get a exit visa and go to own country and come to hongkong to get a new china visa.
I dont know where r u in china now.P.S.B office in Zuhai is preferable for getting a exit visa without detained.If u r ready to go Zuhai I will give you a officer number who helped me .

hi nez, your overstay fine will be 5000
and some registration fees 500
exit visa fees 300
totally 5800 rmb+your return flight charges .
Pls prepare these money before you decide to go to a near by P.S.B OFFICE.
Once you got your exit visa go back to own coutry and come to H.K to get a new visa ( see a answer in this same website in the name ella for H.K agent address)
