About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi, I am quite confused. I need to get to The Kowloon Hotel from Aiport, touching down at about 9plus at night. How does the Airport Express Service work? Do I need to pay? What documents do I need to show? What is Airport Express Pass? Or is there any public bus to take? Which is more convenient as I will bring a young child and an elderly. Please help, thank you very much?

It is suggested that you take the hotel shuttle bus to Kowloon Hotel directly. Once arrive at Hong Kong Airport, there are directions guiding you to the hotel shuttle bus counter located in terminal 2. The fare is HKD130/head.

Of course, you could go to take Airport Express train to Kowloon station. The train is in service until to midnight. At Kowloon, you could take the free bus K2 to Kowloon Hotel. The fare is HKD90/adult. However, not convenient to do with kid and elder.

The Airport Express Pass is a kind of transportation card. It is reasonable for travellers who will stay in Hong Kong no longer than 3 days.

Thank you very very much for your reply. Can I check with you if it is also possible to take public bus A21 from the airport to the Kowloon Hotel too? The fare is about HKD33 right?

Of course, you could take bus A21 to the hotel, the fare of which is HKD33/adult and a half/child. At the transporation center of Hong Kong Airport, you could find the bus and get off at Middle Road, Nathan Road where the hotel is located.
