What would you like to buy? For pearls and fake handbags, you could go to Hongqiao. The Silk Street has various kinds of goods, such as cloth, souvenir and decorations. You could learn the skill of bargaining in China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/bargaining.htm). According to my experiece, the pearls' price at Hongqiao could be cut 50% or more.
