Hi good day, i had a confirm flight this coming Dec4 depart at 1:40am from dubai to gounzou to  manila i just wanna know about the maximum free baggage allowance that the airlines required coz on my status list it's written only 20 kg and had a a difficult time to reach the airlines contact info here in dubai so if you could atleast give the landline no. so i coould reach them for some enquiry it would be appreciated,and is their any exist free aside from the 20kg?

Generally, an economy class adult ticket holder is allowed to bear 20 kg for free (checked and carry-on luggage). The charge rate of the overweighted luggage is 1.5% of the full economy class ticket price per kilogram.
