You can take MTR from Tung Chung Station - C to Lai King. Then transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty. From Exit C of Admiralty, you could take bus 629 to Ocean Park(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/island/ocean_park.htm) .
