My wife live in Hong Kong she is Pakistani, I would like to visit her what is the procedure to apply for visitor visa.

Your wife need to send you a sponsorship letter in which she agrees to provide financial support and accommodation, and one copy of the her HK ID. You also need to prepare your passport, one passport photo, complete one HongKong visa application form, marriage license, then go to China embassy/consulate in Pakistan to submit application.
