About:Shanghai Metro Maps

I'm going to Shanghai this friday for a bussiness trip, actually there is four places that I'm going to visited. But since this is my first trrip to Shanghai, could you give me advice about the route for bus and how to arrange the best route or priority for this four places:
1.2299 West Yan An Road West(this place is my main priority place to go)
2.Heng Da Plaza 285 Chang Shou
3.上海市杨浦区平凉路1398号
4.上海市长宁区仙霞路137号
If I came from Suzhou, which station should I choose in Shanghai from those four station? Is it Shanghai station?

It is suggested that you take a train from Suzhou to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.
1. Once arrive at the railway station, you could take the subway Line 10 and get off at Yili Road station, where the 2200 West Yan An Road is.
2. Then, take subwa Line 10 again and transfer to Line 4 at Hongqiao Road, finally you should turn to Line 7 at Dong'an Road and get off at Changshou Road, where the Hengda Plaza is.
3. You could take metro Line 7 from Changshou Road for one stop to Zhenping Road station to take metro Line 4 and get off at Yangshupu Road Station. It is just at the west end of the Pingliang Road.
4. Actually, this place is very close for walking from the 2299, West Yan'an Road, so please consider change it to your second destination.
