About:Hangzhou Transportation

Hi, How cold is Changzhou in December? I'm planning to take the maglev train from Pudong airport to Longyang Station then a taxi to my hotel along Nanjing East Road. Will there be issues with luggage getting from the upper level station to street level? (Seems a silly question but I couldn't find if there is an escalator or elevator going down to the street level). Will it be easy to catch a taxi there (I will be arriving around 7pm). How much would be cost?

Do you mean the weather in Hangzhou(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/hangzhou.htm)? Well, the winter here is chilly and humid so warm clothes should be taken.
You can take easy that these metro stations of Shanghai do equipped with elevators.
