About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I'm arriving domestic in Gungzhou and want to go to Gungdong Victory Hotel in Gungzhou. Is the newly openend metro line 3 easy reachable, even with luggage? Or is it better to get a shuttle bus to Haizhu Plaza?
At what times of the days is peak time in Guangzjou?

Yeah, you can find the subway line 3 at the airport south. I advise you to take the airport shuttle bus line 5 directly from the airport to Haizhu Plaza. Then take a taxi to the hotel. The taxi fare would be about CNY10.
The peak time may be 7am-9am and 6pm to 8pm in the day in Guangzhou.
