Is time enough to deplane from Ningbo and board the international flight to USA at Beijing Capital Airport?

I need to know if i can board a flight in time, with out missing the flight
I arrive to Beijing Airport from Ningbo at 9:50am.
My next flight is International, it departs Beijing for Seattle at 11:55am
I will only have 1 carry on and no checked baggage
will i have time to depart the plane from Ningbo and board the international flight to USA? I read i need to check in 1 hour before departure.
can i make it to Delta international desk by 10:55am
